Return Policy

In accordance with the Quebec Consumer Law (Loi sur la protection du consommateur) please note below, our return policy.

THIS RETURN POLICY APPLIES ONLY TO PURCHASES MADE IN PERSON AT OUR STORE LOCATION.

1) Absolutely NO REFUNDS. Exchange of merchandise is possible provided the following conditions are met.

2) Article in question must be returned, in its original packaging,

3) Article in question must be returned in unused, unworn condition.

4) Article in question must be returned within seven (7) days from the purchase date. i.e. The date appearing on the Cash Receipt.
5) Proof of Purchase (Cash Register Receipt) must be presented by the customer. Store personnel are not authorized to grant exchange of goods, without proof of purchase.

6) No exchange of merchandise is allowed for body Jewelry, Nose pins and Earrings. Due to reasons of hygiene.

7) No exchange of merchandise will be allowed if the article being returned shows signs of wear, is damaged or scratched and is not re-saleable for any reason.

8) No exchange of merchandise will be granted if the article has been broken. Even if the damage is accidental. Some Ornaments are very delicate and are to be used with care. Bijouterie Guru shall assume no responsibility for broken or damaged jewelry due to misuse, negligence or abuse.

9) No Exchange of merchandise will be granted to any person or persons who display vulgar, violent or menacing behaviour.

10) Any use of profane or violent language will not only disqualify the person from obtaining the exchange of goods but also, will be dealt with to the full extent of the law. The personnel at Bijouterie Guru is authorized to call the Police at the first sign of violent or abusive behaviour.

Our Premises is fully protected with state-of-the-art video surveillance and recording. Recordings of questionable and violent behaviour WILL be provided to the police authorities for use as evidence in a court of law..
